1964 ratings

Hello, i added the rating of 1964 as were provided by arpad elo in april 1964, someone removed it because aparently it's not Fide, then remove the one of 1969 since they were not fide, it was a list from arpad elo himself. This is an interesting question. I'm not fully comfortable with this presentation, but it deserves a broader discussion with the participation of more chess editors. Since it covers at least two articles, I started a discussion at WT:CHESS#Use of rating calculations before official FIDE ratings. I encourage you to contribute your views there.
