Internet Explorer integration
[edit]An OEM US floppy version of Windows 95 (Mastered on 1995-07-20) included IE 1.0 (on disk #10). There is no UI for it, it is installed unconditionally. 178.49.152.129 (talk) 11:56, 6 October 2024 (UTC)
DOS
[edit]The article says Windows 95 merged Microsoft's formerly separate MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows products but I see no authority for that. It implies that Windows 95 did not need DOS. The MS-DOS 7 article states that DOS was included with the Windows 95 package. I will attempt to clarify that in this article. Sam Tomato (talk) 21:04, 13 April 2025 (UTC)
