Hat note

The hat note in the previous version was too wordy and had the link to Language, which is not the primary topic here (not quite irrelevant, only a small section pertains to the topic). Most people in search of the word "tongue" would most likely be the anatomy. People would search language on its own. I added a simple {{other uses}} template to direct users to the tongue disambiguation page, a standard practice on wiki (which happens to contain the Language link).
