Tone Vs. Mood
[edit]The article repeatedly states that tone and mood are not the same thing, but fails to differentiate between the two and even uses the word, "mood" to describe "tone". It requires editing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Foljiny (talk • contribs) 18:29, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
Tone Vs. Mood (confusion addressed)
[edit]I agree this "tone-mood" issue is a problem. I clarified it to some degree, but a more creditable source is needed then the one provided for mood. There should also perhaps be some examples of tone in a piece, shifting tone, and/or tone verses mood.Mja700 (talk) 02:33, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
Tono literatura
[edit]Can you link the connection between this article and spanish article http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tono_(literatura) ? I don't have enough permissions on wikidata to do this. :/ 201.216.12.182 (talk) 19:29, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
Suggesting the Literary devices page as a good additional source and reference
[edit]The page at: http://www.literarydevices.com/tone/ provides an excellent treatment of the topic of tone. Perhaps this can be included as a reference, and additional material can be adapted from it and included in the article. Thanks! --Lbeaumont (talk) 17:28, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
