Missing 23-24 campaign

Harley's professional hockey seasons up until 2023-24 are highly detailed; his 23-24 season is entirely missing. I don't know enough about the Stars or have enough time right now to write it up. I believe @HickoryOughtShirt?4 is the person who's been writing up Harley's seasons so far; if you or anyone else has got time to add in the most recent season, it would be greatly appreciated.
