Notability
[edit]Regarding notability, as of now, there's only a single paper out about this planetary system, the discovery paper. A plus side here is that at least the discovery paper was focused on this star alone, & it is not part of one of the bulk discovery announcement papers. What I think however makes this system notable is the line in the abstract: "Both planets notably have high transmission spectroscopy metrics of 36 and 32, making TOI 4342 one of the best systems for comparative atmospheric studies." I also expect a transit timing variation study to come out at one point since the paper mentions waiting for 2023 TESS data to make this analysis. Since it seems to be a target for further studies in the near future I would be patient and await a follow-up atmospheric characterization rather than delete.
