Improving and clarifying the article

This article has some issues. The title suggests it covers the submissions to the category (which number in the dozens per year in recent years) while the opening paragraph (which could be rephrased better and expanded upon) suggests it covers the yearly shortlists. Submissions and shortlists are two different things, and a Wikipedia article for every submission to an Oscar category seems unfitting to me. Shortlists are more useful information, but if they have to be a separate page from the Documentary Feature article (which I disagree with, I think they should be combined), this article should be clear about its intention.
