Merge proposal

Walsall Borough Council lists Stubbers Green Bog, and Swan Pool and The Swag as SSI's.[1]. The link for Swan Pool etc.[2] uses Stubbers Green in the title. Perhaps it would be better to deal with both of these in Stubber's Green which can also cover the historic (disappeared) hamlet. As Walsall MBC lists both sites under Aldridge, the Stubber's (Stubbers) Green articles could conceivably be merged there. But because Stubber's Green as an article title is distinct, it may be preferable to keep this, in contrast for example, to merging Pelsall Common and Pelsall Wood into Pelsall. Would probably do away with the apostrophe in the Stubber's Green article title as it appears to be a modern trend to drop these. My preference would be to wrap them up here, or at Stubber’s Green, with a re-title in either case to Stubbers Green. That way, we’ll end up with one, half-way decent, article. KJP1 (talk) 21:40, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
