Reviewing now. --Jens Lallensack (talk) 21:51, 28 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

  • We have a couple of photos of a skin in Commons: [1]. Better than no photo I would say.
  • Added.
  • Perhaps have a "Weblinks" section linking to two or three good photographs? And maybe a link to the song, too? Macaulay library should have options. It would be a nice service to the reader, and I was requested to do that the last time I had a bird at FAC, and it's a nice thing.
  • Added.
  • No objection to adding it, but I can't figure out how to convert the pushpin map parameters from that infobox into a location map template.
  • and pinkish underparts, and brownish-olive tail and wing feathers. – remove first "and"
  • Done.
  • The similar appearances of the sexes in this species helps differentiate it from the rusty-breasted whistler; in that species, males have black-and-yellow plumage, contrasting with the female's olive-brown colouration.
  • a large complex – link or explain "complex"? Species complex? But was it really one at the time, as it was thought to be just one species?
  • Changed to species complex and linked. I don't think it's incorrect to describe it as a complex, even if it wasn't contemporaneously considered one.
  • Done.
AryKun, I made a change regarding the species complex (which I think is incorrect in that sentence) and added a different map. Please revert what you don't like. Promoting now. --Jens Lallensack (talk) 01:55, 30 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
