Notation

Please specify what is ${\mathcal {B}}({\mathcal {H}})$ . I'm sure it's just the space of density matrices, but this needs to be clear.

Mathematical notation

I don't object to the physics notation used throughout this article.

But I strongly object to the absence of mathematical notation to express mathematical equations and/or inequalities.
