Nice article! I once wrote an article about Rolf Wütherich on german wikipedia.But it was deleted because he was not a "famous person".

But there is one mistake. Liz Taylor visited Rolf Wütherich in Hospital in California after the famous James Dean accident. She didn't visit him after his accident with his Honda Civic in Kupferzell/ Germany. He died instantly of the injuries.

Early Life

He served as a Luftwaffe glider pilot, paratrooper, and aircraft mechanic before joining Mercedes-Benz in 1950. He was not eighteen when the war ended but he did all that?
