Notability would need to be established by coverage in news sources or critical commentary about the show. I have no doubts at all that the show/series itself could meet this bar, but I do have doubts about individual episodes having been reviewed/critiqued/referenced etc. also establishing notability would be if other shows/movies made jokes/references to the specific episodes.
