Absent citations and theoretical assertions presented as facts

This article presents various theoretical assertions as fact about a language that has no empirical attestation whatever. The language itself is entirely an attempted plausible reconstruction of a tongue that has no historical textual record, and never will have one. These assertions should be clearly identified as "educated guesses" in the article to avoid misinforming the lay reader.

Obviously, a Proto-Indo-European language did exist, but nobody has ever heard or spoken a single word of it since prehistoric times.
