Video of Richard Silverman

This video really does not add much to the text, except to promote Dr. Silverman. I would propose removing the video, as it appear to me to be self-promotion, against the principles of Wikipedia. Taylorchas (talk) 17:03, 16 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Shorten and revise Intro and rewrite Pharmacology sections?

I would propose making some fairly substantial changes to the text of these sections to make certain passages more clear and updated and also to reduce redundancy. Just saw your comment after I had done some edits. I agree with you about the lead that had become way too long. I moved a significant portion of the lead to other sections. Perhaps the lead is now too US centric, but the body of the article is definitely not. The pharmacology section is I think in better shape, but of course it could be improved. Outdated medical study quoted.

the [4]th reference is way older than the study published in 2022 where withdrawal syndrom and severe issues were observed among most patients who stopped taking pregabalin.
