One female to many males?

There doesn't seem to be any information here on when one female has several males, as is the case with Vasa parrots and sometimes housecats. It seems as though Polygynandry means both sexes have multiple partners, though different pages seem to obfuscate the word's meaning. I'm certain I found some source for animals where the female has multiple male partners but the males typically only have one mate, aside from like with bees. Can anyone verify this?
