I'm lost here

Hey I'm new to Wiki as of yesterday, but this article seems to have no relation with the Pittsburgh Dance Council. I was going to just remove what little was there and start over, but I didn't want to mess up anyone's mojo.

Can someone please explain the importance of this Deepti Shukla to me? I cannot find any relation of her with Pittsburgh, let alone the dancing thing.

I found a little blurb on the council from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and put it at the top, but I'm still concerned about the reliability of this page.

Also, what does http://www.madhurdhingra.com have to do with this??
