Adding section for member photographs or names?
[edit]I created a Wiki page for "Behind the Burma Road" as my father served in the unit. Was wondering about how to get the names from the book here. All of the 101 members are listed. Also get some photographs. Here is a picture of him in Burma around 1944 or 1945
Blatantly wrong information from source two
[edit]Detachment 101 was "the first American unit ever assembled to conduct guerrilla warfare, espionage and sabotage behind enemy lines."
I would like to present that this unit has been predated by Knowlton's Rangers, various confederate units, and other near-revolutionary American units that had the exact same task. JohnWarosa (talk) 01:22, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
- Also the marine raiders from earlier that very year JohnWarosa (talk) 01:24, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
