Bias in article
[edit]I found many statements in this article that seemed very biased towards the downsides of narcissism in the workplace. The whole article seems like it's trying to persuade people to not employ narcissists, especially not in higher-power positions.
The whole section about workplace bullying seems to not be the full story and also maybe not even fully related to narcissism. The last statement mentions that employee's mental health is affected by bullying in the workplace and then goes to mention that bullying can be a narcissistic behavior. It seems like there is an attempt to directly correlate employee's poor mental health with narcissists bullying them, which does not seem to be the intent from the source mentioned.
If I were to make edits to this article, I would research some positives of having narcissists in the workplace and mention where they thrive in this kind of environment. I would also look more deeply into the sources cited and make sure the information that is being pulled is actually what the sources are trying to say and not their words being jumbled to try to make a point about two different things that are not related. I would also look for a few more reputable sources. Maddy Offerman (talk) 23:51, 23 February 2025 (UTC)
