Omits description of 4th shaft on northern edge of Parkland

This article says that Shaft 1 was originally one of a pair, the other since removed. It talks about two others: St Pauls Tce and Florence St. But what about the other one very close by inside the Roma Street Parklands almost opposite Diamantina House?

This shaft doesn't appear to be described by the article.
