Evidence melatonin helps treat insomnia

[edit]

The article states that "There is no good evidence that melatonin helps treat insomnia". I have found 4 studies on the subject that suggest otherwise. Is it okay if I add these to the page and rephrase?

I suppose this does not count?
But either way is linking the studies not okay? Ywecur (talk) 11:26, 24 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
WP:BMI needs WP:MEDRS sources. Bon courage (talk) 12:11, 24 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

REM sleep behaviour disorder — Melatonin vs Clonazepam

[edit]

the study linked, although still not strong evidence, still shows evidence in favour of clonazepam, and for some reason my edit literally writing what the cited study showed, i.e. the study that was and still is cited in the main page, shows this. I am not sure the person reverting this even read it. 2607:FEA8:BA0:F390:C151:1EF8:5BA0:7C7F (talk) 03:13, 9 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Which study exactly? Bon courage (talk) 04:05, 9 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
