No evidence for Baron/Freiherr title
[edit]The sources do not corroborate or even mention that the father had the title baron or the corresponding title of freiherr. The German article (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philipp_von_Westphalen) uses the title Edler for the newly ennobled, 1764, Christian Heinrich Philipp i.e. Edler von Westphalen.
