I spent some time today cleaning up this well-researched article, which seems to have been translated or written by someone with English as a second language. There were many wiki-links to general Czech war history, but there were no wiki-links on the history of Jewish people in the Czech Republic, so i provided those basic wiki-links and then edited in some standardized English usage to make the article more reader-friendly. cat yronwde, not logged in 75.101.104.17 (talk) 00:06, 16 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Rename Article

[edit]

shouldn't this be renamed "List of massacres in Czechia" 2A02:6B62:1039:0:F98D:6D1C:C35A:142C (talk) 18:43, 21 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

"List of massacres in the Czech lands" might also work, since "Czechia" usually refers to the CR. Bohemian Baltimore (talk) 01:09, 1 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"First" Heydrichiada (ending January 1942) - ?

[edit]

Cite: "The complete death toll has been estimated at 1000" ("1300", resp.). One wonders what the reference to "Prague" and "Brno" means. 1300 here, 1000 there ? And what's about about the "Second" Heydrichiada ? (if there was a first ?) It is not even mentioned, but the assumption is, a "Second" must have been taken place after Heydrich's assassination in May, 1942, and was very likely more deadly then the first. It all looks like a mix-up or misplace of victim numbers of 1st and 2nd Heydrichiada here. A bit confusing, I must say. --2001:A61:1385:6F01:386C:B094:62C7:F39B (talk) 20:08, 26 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
