Values do not line up

The list of smaller divisions' HDIs seem to be a tad higher than the comparable federal districts given that 82 out of 85 have very high human development, but when one goes to federal districts, it's only 3 out of 8.

I suspect the first table's values may be inflated since it's a Russian Government site, and data from elsewhere should be sought. 191.58.90.212 (talk) 00:11, 10 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
