suggest to rename this 'list of anti-cancer theraputic agents' as many new agents are not chemotoxic but endocrine-based or biologic.

Kinase inhibitors - missing drugs, sub-classify?

the Kinase Inhibitors section is missing a fair number of drugs. I am happy to try and update this. BUT
