Cleanup needed.
[edit]Seems a bit tendentious. I took out some stuff that was not backed up by the sources, and perhaps the other sources should be checked as well. Sincerely, GeorgeLouis (talk) 06:15, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
Agreed. This article is a train wreck, and, is it really even necessary? Recommend deletion. Wuapinmon (talk) 20:05, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
It seems large sections directly lifted from source material, with no regard for style guidelines. Deletion seconded! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.22.213.98 (talk) 21:48, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
delete this shit?
This whole article is sort of creepy--there is a weird agenda to it (VERY strongly pro-guns, not just pro-gun rights but pro-guns) and it seems as though the author is either trying to start a race war or assumes one already exists between blacks and Koreans (eg., that quotation about "if blacks are going to shoot us, we will shoot back"). 64.132.218.4 (talk) 15:48, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
Merger proposal
[edit]As per the above discussion, this article should be deletec and the non-direct quoted contents of this article should be merged into 1992_Los_Angeles_riots#Riots_and_the_Korean-American_community. -Deathsythe (talk) 12:02, 18 May 2011 (UTC)
- Perhaps my removal of the prob was too hasty; I don't know. If there really is a problem with copyrighted material that cannot be fixed via editing, then perhaps an AFD discussion is in order? — LinguistAtLarge • Talk 13:30, 18 May 2011 (UTC)
- Merge This article on its own makes no sense. B-Machine (talk) 21:25, 18 May 2011 (UTC)
- Oppose. Aside from being ignored and not benefiting from recentism, there's plenty of content in both articles, this article can be described through WP:SS, and the topics of both articles are precise enough to stand on their own. tedder (talk) 01:41, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect, although my preference would be to take this to Afd where I would recommend merge and delete. Wikipedia would be better served with the content placed in the parent article, and the "armed resistance" title is just plain weird. Location (talk) 21:00, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
Done I was bold and merged the relevant information and references. -Deathsythe (talk) 18:38, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
