[edit]It's not standard practice on Wikipedia for a television station's list of transmitters to be a separate article from the one on the television station itself. Is there a specific reason it should be allowed to stand in this case? Bearcat 10:46, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

Review: Hey, well done on this interesting and well-researched article! Earwig shows no issues so I will go straight in with my comments:
Lead:
- "its transmitter is located at Farnsworth Peak in the Oquirrh Mountains, southwest of Salt Lake City, and is extended by dozens of broadcast translators across the state" - I cannot see this in the main body of the article
- The translator list covers that half. I added something for Farnsworth.
Prior history of channel 9 in Ogden:
- Could you please link "call letters" and
- Changed
- Is it known why Ogden school officials wanted to sell KOET?
- Added a bit here.
- Is there information on why Ogden school leaders regretted changing the channel to noncommercial use?
- Because it made it impossible to sell. The FCC was not very receptive to letting it go commercial again because they feared that in some areas there would not be educational TV available. That's a lot to ask detail-wise in this article. We have KOET (Utah).
History:
- "were described as "the size of a closet"" - by whom?
- Added
- Can you link or briefly explain what "K-12 schools" are?
- Linking K–12 I didn't think was necessary, but I also recognize for you as a non-American it might be unfamiliar.
- "as part of a campaign to reinforce the UEN brand for its parent organization" - There seems to be a ref error at the end of the sentence
- I don't see where the ref error is. The links work and it's not being tagged in a hidden category.
Programming: Are there any more examples of shows/programs/lessons etc that they aired?
- There aren't.
Translator: Is it possible to link "translators" to help readers unfamiliar with this term?
- Done
Pictures: Are there any free images that could be added to the article?
- An image of Eccles Broadcast Center was a definite must-add, and I know they're out there, so I've added one. Not really anything else I can fit in.
Once these have been addressed I will do a source spotcheck – please let me know if you have any questions at all :) DaniloDaysOfOurLives (talk) 02:04, 19 July 2025 (UTC)
