Comment: Someone will ask, so I'll answer. While the nominal city of license is in California, the station has served the Reno, Nevada, radio market its entire history, and its transmitter and studios are in Nevada. It would probably be a WP:ASTONISH to call it "a California radio station". A similar circumstance was approved with WXIX-TV (licensed to Kentucky, all facilities and main population center in Ohio).
