Oppose. In my search results, both with and without my search history and location influencing things, indicates there is no primary topic. On my UK-biased google results the Kansas highway does not appear on the first six pages of results, the most common results relating to a manufacturer of watersports clothing and equipment (I have not investigated whether they are notable) followed by a model of computer keyboard but neither would be primary topic. The disambiguation page appears as result number 7 but none of the linked articles were in the top six pages. Switching to Google Books, 8 of the first 10 results seem to relate to materials science in some way with the other two being about viruses and Corvette registrations. Using Duck Duck Go via Tor (the exit node geolocated to Stuttgart) computer keyboards (but not the same brand as in my personalised results) are by far the primary topic followed by an automotive drivetrain. zh:港鐵巴士K66綫 (about a bus route in Hong Kong) is the only Wikipedia article in the first five pages of results. Using a different tor connection (this one geolocating to Richmond, Virginia, USA the en.wp disambiguation page appears as result 4 but there is again no primary topic with results about computer keyboards, Hong Kong bus route, melamine panels, an electronic ignition system for GM vehicles, a Facebook page in Vietnamese, the watersports company, automotive transmission, an industrial diesel generator, something in Portuguese I didn't bother to translate and motorcycle tyres all being about equally common.
