Bailee an agent?
[edit]Is a bailee really an agent in US law? In English law I believe a bailee may separately be an agent but the bailment itself is generally conceived of as arising neither from contract nor from tort. Additionally a mere servant is not a bailee. OnceATeacher (talk) 03:49, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
