Extended-confirmed-protected edit request on 19 March 2025

[edit]

The act of blocking aid to an entire population during a humanitarian crisis amounts to collective punishment, breaking international law and going against ICJ orders to prevent acts of genocide. I request “act of protest” be changed to “act of genocide” as that accurately reflects what is occurring according to international law. Edit request 29 April 2025

[edit]

Description of suggested change: Move the February 2025 blockade into a new article because it doesn't match the scope of the article (which is about demonstrators, not the government). Rename this article "Civilian blockade" to seperate it from the current government blockade.

Diff:

Israeli blockade of aid delivery to the Gaza Strip
+
Civilian blockade of aid delivery to the Gaza Strip

Not done: page move requests are neither edit requests nor uncontroversial improvements. Please read WP:EDITXY. M.Bitton (talk) 18:37, 29 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The February 2025 section just clearly doesn't fit into this article, as per my argumentation. My central request is not the page move, my central suggestion is to delete the February 2025 section.
