@Taha Danesh and Baratiiman:: you are reverting/undoing each others edits without so much as an WP:EDITSUMMARY. Stop it, or I'll report you to WP:AN/EW. What seems to be the topic?

The way it looks to me, you have different conceptions about what this article is to be about:

Software that is produced in Iran in general
Software that is hosted in Iran and is under the thumb of the Iranian government

Clearly the latter is a WP:Subtopic of the former. This means one could exist as a subsection of the other, or both are separate articles, referring to each other. Whatever you decide, make sure that, in either case, you can answer the question "Is this topic WP:notable"? This is the criterion we use to determine whether a separate article should exist. This is an article talk page, which is intended only for discussing article content. If you believe there is a behavorial issue, you can either discuss it on his or your user talk, or you take it to WP:AN/COI. Either way, you better make sure you have solid evidence for this kind of allegation. Personally, I think you're barking up the wrong tree here. See also WP:AGF.

You don't have to argue.

But you realize that if you don't make your case, your opinion will not influence WP:CONSENSUS?

And editing against consensus is WP:DISRUPTIVE, which is an excellent way to get blocked.
