ITN Nomination

[edit]

I nominated this article for ITN. I believed it was notable due to the high amount of media coverage, property damage, and the 10+ deaths that occurred. Apparently, 10+ people dying in a flash flooding event is not notable enough for ITN. The nomination was closed less than 45 minutes after it was nominated. I am thinking about renominating it.  Kentuckian |💬   21:08, 16 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

North America?

[edit]

Based on the content of the article, it seems the geography of this storm complex is limited to the U.S., unless there was some connection to the massive amount of snow we got up in here in Canada? If the scope of the article is limited to the U.S., then the article title should be changed.-- Earl Andrew - talk 03:36, 18 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

modern infobox

[edit]

can you use the modern weather infobox just because it's really annoying using the old one. SillyNerdo (talk) 21:54, 18 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Sloppy cite

[edit]

I tried to fix the sloppy cites but it could still use some work. Reduce the cites to those necessary to verify the information and check that the information is still verifiable via the now edited cites. Some may still be missing author names. 1101 (talk) 08:08, 5 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
