COI, SPA & edit warring

There is a high level of edits being carried out by a single IP user (193.35.87.123) and Frazer Goodwin on this article who seems to have a wp:conflict of interest with this organisation and is removing any negative content, even that which is sourced, with no considersation for WP:NPV.
