Undated comment

Don't really have time to edit, but I disagree with this assertion. "Expert witnesses are used in trials for the sole purpose of providing facts, not provide opinions." Expert witnesses are called in medical malpractice trials to give their opinion based on their learning and experiences. The expert qualification entitles the witness to give opinions; fact witnesses (all others) are limited to testifying as to facts.
