The article has no definition for Data Center/Centre Market Transformation. These numbers are a moving target: In 20xx it will be $xx Trillion, etc. This belongs in a .gov web site, where a billion here, a trillion here (originally a million here, a billion there) . . . and soon we're talking real money.
