It's looking solid. Obviously, with only two complete seasons, there isn't as much to say as with most hockey teams that require broader summaries. I did have one textual addition I needed to make to keep the page updated. The rest is just general cleanup and maybe some fresh eyes. Ping me when addressed.

• The term "Coachella Valley" is unfamiliar enough to most readers that another geographic locator is necessary. Try ...based in the Coachella Valley in California, United States.
• During that season's Calder Cup playoffs, the Firebirds reached the Finals, before losing in overtime of game seven to the Hershey Bears. Remove unneeded comma (WP:CINS)

History

• narrowed it down "it" is unclear, try "their options"
• The Firebirds signed their first free agents, Samuel Bucek and Ian McKinnon, the next month on July 11, 2022. A bit awkward and overly redundant because the preceding sentence contains a June 22 date. Try The Firebirds signed their first free agents, Samuel Bucek and Ian McKinnon, on July 11.
