Typo

[edit]

There seems to be a typo in the article. Under the section "Writing career" in the sentence "Topics Ford wrote about included distigmatising abortion; she described having an abortion herself as an easy decision that she feels no shame for" the word distigmatising should instead be destigmatising, with an e. If others agree, someone who can edit the page should change this. Thank you in advance, and have a nice day! 90.133.232.139 (talk) 12:51, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Charliehdb (talk) 13:51, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Done: I see what the request is saying. It was indeed a typo and I've just fixed it. Damien Linnane (talk) 14:22, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Clementine ford should be described as an antisemite, as per the media reportage here:

[1] [2]

If in any doubt, then please note she has already been featured in the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antisemitism_in_Australia 111.220.107.65 (talk) 03:01, 26 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: You can't cite another Wikipedia article as per WP:CIRCULAR, and even if you could, the Wikipedia article you linked only mentions she was involved in the doxxing of the group after some members of the group discussed a targeted campaign against her and others. That does not support your assertion. The SMH article you linked doesn't even label her as an antisemite, it just mentions the doxxing. This doesn't support your assertion either; see WP:SYNTH. The Australian article indeed does label her in that way, but you can't use a single opinion piece which labels her in one way as a straight fact when there are other sources that refute this claim. See also WP:UNDUE. Damien Linnane (talk) 03:46, 26 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Misandrist quotes

[edit]

Where are her famous misandrist statements and positions (yes, I know, a "myth" among feminists), especially about "coronavirus not killing men fast enough"? A man's article would certainly not lack similar controversies. Lannion74 (talk) 14:30, 28 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
