Every source provided rests solely on the testimony of Israeli spokespeople, and even the released pictures could as easily show victims of Israeli friendly fire as victims of Palestinians. Israeli spokespeople are not credible sources.

Following the Hamas-led attack on Israel on 7 October 2023, reports surfaced alleging that militants had beheaded Israeli babies in the Kfar Aza kibbutz. These claims, initially circulated by Israeli soldiers and reported by media outlets such as i24NEWS, quickly spread across international media. The story gained further traction after U.S. President Joe Biden referenced having seen photos of beheaded children, though the White House later clarified that he had not seen such images and was referring only to media reports. ^[1] The Israel Defense Forces stated they could not verify the claims, and subsequently, news networks have denounced these claims. ^[2] ^[3] Despite the lack of corroboration, the claim was widely circulated and used to generate international outrage, particularly in Western media and political discourse. Critics argued that the propagation of the story without verification served to intensify public emotions and influence perceptions of the conflict, especially regarding the actions of Hamas and the justification of Israel’s military response. ^[4] Willowfai (talk) 17:52, 15 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The neutrality of this article is disputed.

This tag was put on this article 1,5 year ago. A lot has happened since. I cannot see anymore that this article is not neutral. @User:Polygnotus, you added the tag, do you agree that it can be removed? And if not, what exactly needs to be improved? @Lova Falk I removed the tag. Sadly the article hasn't really improved during that time. It may be wise to put a The neutrality of this article is disputed. tag on all WP:CTOP articles.

Pages like this, which are not encyclopedic articles but long lists of "In May, thing 1 happened. In June, thing 2 happened" should be removed or rewritten. Polygnotus (talk) 14:52, 1 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Polygnotus It is an impossible task for a collective group of volunteers to write neutral encyclopedic articles about ongoing contentious topics. We do the best we can, almost all of us.

@Lova Falk This article has contained stuff like TEC-the Center for Teachnologystrives since 2012.[1] I don't think Teachnology is a real word (but maybe it should be?). Wow! I have changed that to Center for Technology, Education, and Cultural Diversity because 1) there were no links to any center called "Teachnologystrives" other than WP mirror sites, and 2) Center for Technology, Education, and Cultural Diversity is actually a peace project.
