Yes, this article is full of British history, the article discusses British Malaya headhunting scandal. I think this must be written in article, because the word practice is written in American usage. Eru719 (talk) 11:40, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

My mother's family was there. You're correct but you do not address why such a practice (unknown in British history) happened. Communist agents had been infiltrated from Russia and China and led local villages against the British by cutting off British farmers' heads, and their families, children etc and parading them as a show of strength for the Malay village tribal elders to get their support. The brutality against the British and Dutch was shocking. This was before the British dealt it back and as a part of the Malayan Insurgency led to the State of Emergency which was why this became acceptable. At least when we did it they were already dead.
