You don't need to place citations in the lead. Only for strong claims, if anything "The single received mixed reviews from music critics, and the song was largely blamed for Tyler's mediocre final score in the Eurovision Song Contest Final. " should be sourced rather than the others.

Eurovision

Shouldn't you mention which nation she represented, even if obvious? representing the UK at the Eurovision and link should suffice. Should mention it in the lead too I think.
