"Russia" versus "Soviet Union/USSR"

I don't particularly care enough to "Fix" it, or argue with people who don't want to fix it (I don't edit here anymore due to many such bad experiences), but shouldn't the tanks listed as "Russia" be listed as "Soviet Union/USSR" with the proper flag?
