"I'm removing this because it's unsourced"
[edit]@Vacant0: Hi!
I am unsure why this was reverted because the article itself makes clear that this Central Committee was elected at the party congress at the 10th SKS Congress. The Yugoslav party rules clearly state that the Congress elects the Central Committee which in turn elects the Presidency, and the Presidency elects the president of the Presidency.
It is also important to differentiate between plenums. While "8th session of the Central Committee of the League of Communists of Serbia" is an acceptable title because the other eighth plenums are not well known, it has identical names to others. For example, at the central level, both the "11th Session of the Central Committee of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia" held on 12 June 1980 and on 11th Session 20 December 1983 were given the same short titles, but the long official title is as per communist convention the "11th Session of the Central Committee of the [number] Congress of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia. Notice that the numbering begins anew after each congress. The same applies for the League of Communists of Serbia.
See the numbering in the Central Committee of the 11th Congress of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia and the Central Committee of the 10th Congress of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, for example. This is not original research and I gladly search forever to find the exact same naming convention for the League of Communists of Serbia, but this is WP:OBVIOUS.
Article 63 of the LCY Statute of 1982 says the following:
This clearly shows that the Central Committee was of the congress (was elected by the delegates of the congress).
At last, having "of the 10th Congress" just clarifies what plenum this was, and in relation to the terms that preceeded it. It clarifies for readers also how the LCY and its constitutive branches functioned. TheUzbek (talk) 09:51, 14 January 2025 (UTC)

I've listed this article for peer review because I intend to nominate it to FAC. The article has seen slight changes since being promoted to GA, so I'm interested in getting a prose review and whether there is any missing info that could potentially benefit the readers.
