Rename

Hello, Buckshot06. I plan to move this to 70th Mechanized Infantry Brigade for the following reasons: a) Unnecessary disambiguation. b) The majority of sources ([1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]) support the "Mechanized" spelling.
