Changes on 2024–25 Ukrainian Premier League/Personnel and sponsorship

[edit]

Hello,

  • About head coach of FC Oleksandriya

Why did you remove him as head coach of FC Oleksandriya from the table "Personnel and sponsorship"? All official matches of the FC Oleksandriya in the season 2025-25 Rotan was head coach of the team. I think the subject has to be mentioned/corrected in the table "Personnel and sponsorship".

  • About head coach of FC Polissya Zhytomyr

There is almost the same case when we talk about FC Polissya Zhytomyr. After all official matches of the season 2024-25 have been played FC Polissya Zhytomyr has became a new head coach (Ruslan Rotan). But if we take a look at the official matches of the season 2024-25, Rotan wasn't head coach of the team. At least in the last official match of the season 2024-25 the team was led by Oleksandr Maksymov (caretaker). In the first official match of the season 2024-25 the team was led by Imad Ashur. I think the subject has to be mentioned/corrected in the table "Personnel and sponsorship" as well.

  • About head coach of FC LNZ Cherkasy

The team started the season 2024-25 with Andrés Carrasco as a head coach. The team changed coach over the course of the season. Roman Hrychorchuk was a new head coach of FC LNZ Cherkasy. But now, in the table "Personnel and sponsorship" we have "vacant". I think it's not completely right, and the subject has to be mentioned/corrected in the table "Personnel and sponsorship" as well.

I know, just under the table "Personnel and sponsorship" there is a table "Managerial changes". But I think at least some links to the table have to be done from the table "Personnel and sponsorship". Kind Regards, Web-wiki-warrior (talk) 10:01, 30 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Greeting, Web-wiki-warrior. I hope you are doing well.
  • First of all, the article 2024–25 Ukrainian Premier League has a "talk" tab to carry out any discussion about the particular article. It is its primary idea for it. Please, use that space to discuss any issues or ideas. This way other editors will track what was discussed. Whatever we will come up here could not be noticed by other editors if they would like more information about that article. Do you understand what I am trying to tell you?
  • Second of all, the "Personnel and sponsorship" section shows current situation with clubs including sponsors and staff. To reduce the section being bulky there exists its subsection managerial changes. >>> It is also consistent with all similar articles for any association football seasons.<<<

I hope my answer helps you. Have a great day. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 14:01, 30 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Greeting, Aleksandr. I hope you are doing well.
About "Personnel"-table and teams managers there. For example I took a look at the article 2024–25 Bundesliga. When we take a look at the table "Personnel and kits" there, and then a deeper look at the row about Werder Bremen. As manager there we see Ole Werner although on May 27, 2025 he was fired by the club. On May 17, 2025 Werder has their last official match of the season 2024-25 and has been led by Ole Werner. Suppose we would compare the case to the information about FC Oleksandriya's manager (2024–25 Ukrainian Premier League/Personnel and sponsorship) ... in the case of Werder we know that Ole Werner was Werder's head coach the whole season 2024-25. In the case of the FC Oleksandriya the manager's information like "vacant" was/would be a little bit confusing. So, I think (managerial) changes after the last official match of the season (2024-25) have to be moved to next season (2025-26). Another wiki-user has already customized what I mean in that case (s. his three latest adjustments to the article). Have a great day. Web-wiki-warrior (talk) 12:45, 31 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Web-wiki-warrior, some other articles like Soviet Top League has a section "Medal squad" (1991 Soviet Top League) which demonstrates which players and coaches were awarded the season medals. Also, we can add a section "Awards" also to indicate who was awarded what. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 14:15, 30 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

We could do it (a section "Medal squad"), but imho it wasn't the topic I was talking about earlier ("Personnel"-table and teams managers there). Have a great day. Web-wiki-warrior (talk) 12:48, 31 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
