Does anybody have access to World airline accident summary : accidents occurring to aeroplanes of more than 5700 kg maximum weight. 1974–1996 by the Civil Aviation Authority (United Kingdom)? Using the linked ISBN, I'm only able to find one search result from Google Books where the title reads World Airline Accident Summary: 1946 to 1975 inclusive with no mention of accidents from 1976 to 1996.
