The aluminium alloy table seems poor at including casting alloys, probably this four-digit number series does not include casting alloys, but the table (and some article) ought to include casting. Silumin which is not included among the named alloys links to an article on silicon aluminium alloys which provides some information on casting alloys, but what about other casting alloys (if there are any)? Aluminium casting alloys is a topic that deserves an ariticle of its own, with links to more specific alloys. While the alluminum alloy table provides a wealth of information it is, apart from some named alloys, limited to the 4-digit number series and other standards and equivalent alloys from other standards are missing (and some of the numbered alloys lack linked articles) 150.227.15.253 (talk) 13:46, 19 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
