Serkovo (Russian: Серково) is a rural locality (a village) in Ivanovskoye Rural Settlement, Kovrovsky District, Vladimir Oblast, Russia. The population was 1 as of 2010.[2] Oblast is a Russian administrative division that is similar to a region or province. It is also used in other post-Soviet states, such as Belarus and Ukraine. The Russian Empire and the Soviet Union also used the term.
Geography
[edit]Serkovo is located 42 km southeast of Kovrov (the district's administrative centre) by road. Plokhovo is the nearest rural locality.[3]
