[edit]On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 82% of 28 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 6.5/10.[5] Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned the film a score of 55 out of 100, based on 5 critics, indicating "mixed or average" reviews.[6] Audiences polled by CinemaScore gave the film an average grade of "A" on an A+ to F scale.[7]
Release
[edit]In October 2024, Angel Studios acquired the film distribution rights,[8] and released it to theaters across the United States, Canada, South Africa and Sri Lanka on March 7, 2025.[9] The film made $1.5 million from 2,044 theaters in its opening weekend.[10]
