Pseudocoremia melinata is a moth of the family Geometridae.[2][1] It is endemic to New Zealand.[3]
Taxonomy
[edit]This species was first described by Felder and Rogenhofer in 1874. In 1915, thinking he was describing a new species, Edward Meyrick named this species Selidosema scariphota.[4] This name was synonymised by Alfred Philpott in 1931.[1]
Hosts
[edit]The larvae feed on a Carmichaelia.[5]
