Onitis brahma is a species of dung beetle in the family Scarabaeidae.[1] It is only known from India but fairly widespread in peninsular India.[2][3][4]
Etymology
[edit]Lansberge mentions in the description that the name brahma as proposed by Mr. Reiche (on specimen label?) was maintained.
Description
[edit]Black or dark chestnut brown. Length is 21–26 mm, and breadth is 11–13.5 mm.[3]
